Yes. Eligible finished PDFs may be delivered through individual purchases, a membership, or a subscription on your designated website. End users receive the completed resource only—not the right to extract, reuse, resell, or redistribute Smarty Symbols assets.
This license is for original educational resources delivered as flattened, non-editable PDFs. Editable templates, presentations, document files, layered files, apps, interactive activities, physical goods, and source files require a different licensing path.
One authorized PDF may contain up to 150 distinct Smarty Symbols assets. Repeating the same asset within that PDF counts as one distinct asset.
Not by default. The license and account belong to one named subscriber. Do not share login credentials, downloaded assets, or working source files with employees, contractors, collaborators, or clients unless Smarty Symbols gives prior written approval.
Every authorized resource must include the required written credit and an official “Created with Smarty Symbols” badge in a clear, legible location. Website previews also require visible credit in the site’s credits area or footer.

Library access then ends, and you may not create, revise, expand, or publish new resources using the assets. Previously published products may qualify for the agreement’s limited three-year sell-off period.
A change requires advance written approval from Smarty Symbols. Approval of a replacement website does not permit simultaneous use on multiple websites.
