Project Core, a groundbreaking initiative, deserves applause for its dedication to enhancing communication access for students with complex communication needs. Their mission is driven by the belief that non-speaking or limited-speaking students deserve access to regular education through a set of universal core vocabulary.

Through their resources, Project Core aims to empower educators, therapists, caregivers, and most importantly, AAC users. While the initiative has provided a variety of core vocabulary boards, their selection didn’t feature one with the Smarty Symbols imagery.
