Before subscribing, we urge you to carefully review our refund policy to understand your rights and responsibilities. By subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this refund policy.

Important Information for all users:

  1. Cancelation and Responsibility:

We believe in transparency and empowering our users to make choices that suit their needs. If you are dissatisfied with our service or feel it may not meet your expectations, canceling your subscription before the renewal date is the first step to avoid any future charges that may not be refundable. You can easily cancel your subscription at any time without having to contact us.

You can easily cancel your monthly or yearly commercial subscriptions by visiting the “Manage Subscription” section on our website. Please note that upon cancelation, you will no longer be allowed to create and post new products, and you must also delete all downloaded images from your computer.

  1. Agreed Terms and Access:

By subscribing to our service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page. These terms were available on the subscription form during the sign-up process for every new subscription.

We want to emphasize that our goal is to provide you with a great service that adds value to your needs. We hope you take full advantage of the resources we offer. It is YOUR responsibility to cancel the subscription prior to the renewal date  if you don’t plan on using it anymore.

Standard Membership (Non-Commercial)

1.1 Standard Subscriptions (Personal/Teacher Subscriptions)

1.1.1 Monthly or Yearly Subscriptions: You have the flexibility to cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for any future payments.

1.1.2 Re-bills and Non-Refundable Charges: Re-bills, which refer to any charge made after your first payment, are non-refundable unless required by law. To avoid future charges, it is essential to cancel your subscription before your next charge. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your next due date to ensure a smooth process.

1.1.3 Initial Payments and Eligibility for Full Refund: For standard subscriptions, the initial payment can be fully refunded if you meet the following criteria:

  • You have not downloaded more than 5 images.
  • You have not created more than five materials on our platform. Refund requests for initial payments must be made within the first 5 days of the original charge. Unfortunately, any refund requests submitted beyond 5 days from the original charge will be denied. This 5-day period allows you to explore our system and make an informed decision about its suitability for your needs.

1.1.4 Ineligible Refund for Exceeding Limits: If you have made more than 5 downloads or created more than five activities on the printing center, we are unable to issue a refund at any time. This is to ensure fairness in the use of our resources and to maintain the integrity of our subscription model.

1.1.5 Initial Yearly Subscriptions (Excluding Renewals): For initial yearly subscriptions (excluding renewals), refunds for the very first payment can be requested within the first 5 days only if the following conditions are met:

  • You have not downloaded more than 5 images.
  • You have not created more than five activities on our platform. Any refund request submitted beyond 5 days from the initial charge will be denied, irrespective of the reason. We encourage you to thoroughly test our system within the first five days and contact us immediately if you are dissatisfied.

Commercial Memberships/Licenses

  1. Cancellation and Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the subscriber to cancel their commercial license subscription before the renewal date. Cancellation can be easily initiated at any time through the “Manage Subscription” section on our website. Please be aware that upon cancelation, subscribers will no longer have the privilege to create and post new products, and all downloaded images must be removed from their computer.
  2. Refund Policy for Monthly Commercial Subscriptions: Monthly commercial subscriptions are non-refundable. Once the payment for a monthly subscription is made, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Refund Policy for Yearly Commercial Subscriptions: For yearly commercial subscriptions, refund requests can only be made for the very first charge and within the first 5 days of the subscription. This refund option is applicable exclusively to users who are trying out the membership for the first time and have not downloaded any images or posted any products for sale within the first 5 days. Refunds must be requested in writing to [email protected] within 48 hours of the charge of the original payment to be considered.

4. Limited Refund Requests: Each user is entitled to only one refund request for the yearly commercial subscription. Subsequent refund requests for the same individual or organization will not be entertained.

5. Commercial License Free Trial: Subscribers who have availed of the Commercial License free 3-day trial must ensure to cancel their subscription before the trial period expires. Refunds for free trial subscriptions will be processed only in the event of website malfunction. The trial period of 72 hours allows ample time for users to explore our platform and make an informed decision about its suitability.
