Important Information for all users:

Cancellation and Responsibility:

At Smarty Symbols, we prioritize transparency and empowering our users to make informed choices that best suit their needs. If you are not satisfied with our service or feel it may not meet your expectations, it’s important to cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid any non-refundable charges. You can easily manage your subscription and cancel at any time through the “Manage Subscription” section on our website—no need to contact us directly.

For commercial subscriptions, once your account is canceled, you will no longer be able to create or post new products. Additionally, all downloaded images must be deleted from your devices as per the terms of use.

Agreed Terms and Access:

By subscribing to our service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. These terms were made available during the sign-up process and govern all new subscriptions.

Our goal is to provide a service that adds genuine value to your work, and we encourage you to take full advantage of the resources we offer. Standard Membership (Non-Commercial)

1. Standard Subscriptions (Personal/Teacher Subscriptions)

1.1 Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions
You may cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, no future payments will be charged. You will continue to have access to our resources until the end of your current billing cycle, allowing you to benefit from the platform for the remaining period.

1.2 Re-bills and Non-Refundable Charges
Once your subscription is active and billing has begun, re-billed charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. To avoid any additional charges, we recommend canceling your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled payment date. Our cancellation process is quick and simple, ensuring no unexpected payments are made.

1.3 Initial Payments and Eligibility for a Full Refund
If you are new to Smarty Symbols, we offer a full refund of your initial payment if you meet the following criteria:

  • You have not downloaded more than 5 images.
  • You have not created more than five materials on our platform.
  • Your refund request is made within 5 days of the original payment.

This 5-day window allows you time to explore our platform and decide if it meets your needs. Requests submitted after 5 days will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage you to explore our platform thoroughly during this period.

1.4 Free Trial Users
If you began your subscription with a free trial, we consider that an opportunity for you to evaluate our platform risk-free. As such, you will not be eligible for a refund of your initial payment after the trial ends. It is your responsibility to cancel before the first payment is charged. We’ve made it extremely easy to cancel your membership, and you can do so at any time directly from your account settings without needing to contact support.

1.5 Ineligibility for Refunds After Usage Limits
To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our resources, refunds will not be issued if you exceed 5 downloads or create more than five materials on our platform. This policy ensures that our resources are utilized equitably by all users.

1.6 Initial Yearly Subscriptions (Excluding Renewals)
For first-time yearly subscribers, the initial payment can be refunded within 5 days of the charge, provided you meet the following criteria:

  • You have not downloaded more than 5 images.
  • You have not created more than five materials on our platform.
    Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for requests made after this 5-day period. We recommend exploring our platform fully during this time to ensure it fits your needs.

Commercial Memberships/Licenses

Cancellation and Responsibility:
It is the responsibility of the subscriber to cancel their commercial license subscription before the renewal date. Cancellations can be easily managed at any time through the “Manage Subscription” section on our website. Upon cancellation, subscribers will no longer have access to create or post new products, and all downloaded images must be removed from their devices.

Refund Policy for Monthly Commercial Subscriptions:
Monthly commercial subscriptions are non-refundable. Once payment for a monthly subscription has been processed, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.

Refund Policy for Yearly Commercial Subscriptions:
Refund requests for yearly commercial subscriptions are only applicable to the very first payment and must be made within 5 days of the subscription start date. This refund option is only available to first-time users who have not downloaded any images or posted any products for sale within the first 5 days. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 48 hours of the original payment being processed to be considered.

Pro-Rated Refunds:
After the initial 5-day period, no pro-rated refunds will be provided for yearly commercial subscriptions, even if the subscription is canceled before the renewal date. Access to the platform will remain available for the remainder of the subscription term.

Limited Refund Requests:
Each user or organization is entitled to only one refund request for the yearly commercial subscription. Additional refund requests from the same individual or organization will not be accepted.

Commercial License Free Trial:
Subscribers who utilize the free 3-day Commercial License trial are responsible for canceling their subscription before the trial period ends to avoid charges. Refunds for free trial subscriptions will only be granted in the event of a website malfunction. The 72-hour trial period provides ample time for users to explore the platform and determine its suitability for their needs.

Termination Due to Policy Violations:
If a subscription is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or misuse of the platform, no refunds will be issued. Subscribers are expected to adhere to all platform policies to maintain access to the service.

Refund Processing:
Approved refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Non-Transferable Subscriptions:
Commercial subscriptions and licenses are non-transferable. Refund requests or cancellations must be made by the original account holder.

Changes to the Refund Policy:
Smarty Symbols reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers through the email address provided at the time of subscription. Continued use of the platform after notification will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
