Your membership includes: - Access to the inclusive Smarty Symbols image library - Commercial-use rights for eligible educational resources - Editable templates and flexible design tools - Tools for creating worksheets, visual supports, adapted activities, communication materials, and classroom resources - Personal image uploads - Saved and editable projects - Materials representing diverse ages, abilities, identities, and communities - New symbols and creative resources added regularly Permitted use You may include Smarty Symbols images within your own original, completed educational resources sold through approved third-party marketplaces. Your finished products must provide meaningful educational or functional value beyond the individual symbols. License restrictions This license does not permit you to: - Sell, share, or redistribute individual Smarty Symbols images - Offer the images as clip art, graphics, symbol collections, or downloadable assets - Create competing symbol libraries or image collections - Include editable source files that allow customers to extract the symbols - Use Smarty Symbols in products sold outside approved marketplaces - Share your account or provide another person with access to the image library - Claim ownership of Smarty Symbols artwork Commercial uses outside approved third-party marketplaces may require a separate license or written authorization from Smarty Symbols. Membership and renewal information Your Basic Marketplace Seller License begins immediately and costs $349 per year. Your subscription will automatically renew annually using the payment method provided during registration until canceled.
