Should action words be entered as verbs ending in “-ing”?+
No. Use the base or infinitive form, such as “run,” “wash,” or “open.”
Can I select a specific Smarty Symbols character?+
You can describe helpful representation details, but character variations are prioritized where they add the most value, especially for action words and pronouns. Not every library image is available with every character.
Will every submitted request be created?+
No. Submission places the idea into review and does not guarantee creation, selection, or a delivery date.
Can I attach an example image?+
Yes. You may attach a reference that you have permission to share. It is used to clarify the meaning and will not be copied as artwork.
