How does it work?

Thank you for your interest in signing up your educators as Smarty Symbols members. Each teacher who wishes access to our system must become a member. You can submit a purchase order and we will set up the account for each educator on our website on our end. Once we receive your purchase order, we will assigned each educator their own login and password. Each educator will receive a welcome email from us on how to login to their account. We are sure they will enjoy the freedom of creating a their own materials and visual support for their classroom.

What is the price per educator?

Each educator can access the website for $45/year. We start offering discounts for more than 30 educators for each sign up, just contact us for more details.

Purchase Order Details

We are happy to accept purchase order. You must purchase one account per teacher/educator. Accounts are not designed to be shared between teachers.

Payments must be received within 30 days of order fulfillment in order to avoid cancelation of access.

Please include the following information on your purchase order document:

  • Your contact and email

  • Number of members to be added

  • Names and emails of each member to be added

  • Purchase order number

Do you need a copy of our w-9 for school accounts?

We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your purchase order with details of how each teacher will access their account.

If you do not hear back form us within 72 hours, please contact us again. 

There are three ways to submit your purchase order:
