Can I cancel my Commercial License at any time, and will I be eligible for a refund?
You can easily cancel your Commercial License at any time by visiting the “Manage Subscription” section on our website.
Refunds are available for the initial charge of brand new yearly subscriptions (your 1st initial charge) for the Smarty OpenMarket License and the Entrepreneurial Excellence Commercial License if you request the refund within 48 hours of signing up for your membership and have not downloaded any images or used the products for sale during that time frame. However, please note that the One Off Publishing Commercial License is non-refundable.

Yes, we offer a seamless and transparent process for organizations, such as school districts, to obtain bulk subscription discounts. We have a quote generator that allows you to input the number of users and receive a customized quote sent directly to your email. The quote will automatically display the discount amount based on two factors: the number of users (if more than 20 users) and pre-purchasing multiple years. Discounts can be combined, enabling schools and organizations to save even more on their subscriptions.
Smarty Symbols offers flexible payment options to cater to individual and organizational needs. Users can pay directly on the website using a credit card or other available checkout methods. Organizations have the option to submit a purchase order; however, there is a minimum amount of $267 for this option.
If an organization only requires access for one educator, they must either pre-pay for three years or find two additional users to meet the minimum purchase order amount. Alternatively, if the organization cannot fulfill this requirement, they can purchase access for the individual educator directly from the website. This flexibility ensures that users can obtain access to Smarty Symbols Studio in a manner that best suits their needs and preferences.

To cancel your subscription, the process is quick and simple. First, log in to your account using your credentials. Once logged in, navigate to the bottom of the page where you’ll find the “Manage Subscription” option. Click on it to proceed.
Within the “Manage Subscription” section, you’ll find the option to “Cancel Subscription.” Click on this option to initiate the cancellation process. Your subscription will be promptly canceled, and you’ll retain access to your account and the website until 30 days from your last payment date.
